Below are photos of our pretty girls and some of their foals or links to other pages with lots of photos.  Our broodmares are not for sale unless marked, but we do sell their foals each year when we have some.

Arboria Rapture AKA Rap
(TVM Prince Steven By UVM Promise
X Arboria Jewell By Mora's Jessure)

This is our foundation broodmare and Margo's baby girl.  We spied Rap at a horse sale and we liked her so much we bought her as a broodmare.  Dennis and Margo decided to start breeding a few Morgan foals again after meeting Rap with a few years of not breeding anything while just training outside horses.

Rapture has now given us two nice colts (see  right) and we are thrilled to have this lovely girl at the farm and representing the breed at open shows when we can go.
Rap has won many classes at class "A" shows in Classic, Halter and was Top 7 at the World in Classic Pleasure Driving and a Reserve National Champion in Classic Pleasure Driving. The photo above is us playing with her in Western in 2007 and she is having fun even when we switch her division.  Just a grand old mare!
This mare is a grandaughter of a many times World Champion Park Harness horse, UVM Promise, a TVM Prince Steven daughter and she is royally bred with Orcland Vigildon, Upwey Ben Don, Sky Chief, Oldwick Crusader, Stanfield, Tutor and many more champions in her papers.
When Rap is done having foals she will go back to being Margo's favorite trail horse in her retirement or Dennis will steal her.  She is a lot of fun to ride and fearless probably from showing for many years and later as an excellent broodmare in Canada.
We were very pleased that we found Rapture to add her to our broodmare band here even when one of Margo's brothers wants to steal her every time he sees Rap.  This mare will never leave this farm until she passes away.  "Sorry Cam, My Pretty Princess is never leaving here!"

Frazier's Passion N Pride AKA Poppy
 (Frazier's Cinco de Mayo B
X Windy Dancing by Silverstate Pride)

We sure like this mare well enough to buy her from a customer who had her to us for sale. Poppy is a dark chestnut with a flaxen/orange mane and tail with a lovely head and a mellow personality. Broke to ride and needs finishing for trail or shows, but has been on trail rides just fine. Level headed with lovely conformation. Very easy keeper on just grass hay. She will be finsihed and shown Western or Hunt or both. Would be noticed with her color anywhere with her orange and flaxen mane and tail with dark chestnut color.

Her grandsire, Silverstate Pride, won cutting classes at the Farwest Regionals. She has Working Western bloodlines and I am checking to see if they are also Foundation. Poppy had a large, gorgeous palamino filly in 2009 when bred to a cremello stallion.  See below for Poppy's filly that we also purchased.

We will be breeding Poppy to our palamino stallion Tio for a 2011 foal.

Cheyadows Passion Brie Z AKA Brie

(Baptiste Jay Cheyadow by Baptista Che Tre Pal X Frazier's Passion N Pride by Frazier's Cinco de Mayo)

Palamino Morgan filly shown here as a weanling in these photos.  Brie is learning all sorts of new things and will make an exceptional show horse and broodmare down the road.  She is already over 14.2H and will be close to 16H when she is done growing up.  Stay turned for more photos in 2010 as she sheds out and grows some more.

Pandora's Hope aka Ally

(Funquest Roadmaster by Funquest Speedy X Monessa Love by Futurity's Bold Love by Rapidan Apollo)

Well this girlie has some lovely papers, a gorgeous head, nice conformation and sweet brains.  Ally also has had some very lovely foals.  I expect her to cross well with the studs here.  We liked this girlie so much we just ended up buying her.  Looking for a 2011 foal by our black stallion Studley or OVM Winning Edge.  Studley has nice conformation and an amazing neck to cross with Ally who also has halter conformation so should be an outstanding foal

Stay tuned for some better photos when we get a day of sunshine here.  This rainy spring in 2010 has been interesting and very cold.

This photo above was used in an article in the Rocky Mountain Rider horse magazine on page 38 of the April 2007 issue for a feature article.  And it was used again in June 2007 for another feature article.  Thanks for choosing our fun photo our our girl Rapture and Angus from 2005.  This is one of my most favorite photos that I have ever taken in 30 years of shooting horses.  Sincerely, Margo Mossburg, Dragoon Morgans & Studios
